Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings must be paid in advance to ensure admittance.

2. Registration opens: November 21, 2025. International delegate registration deadline: June 1, 2026

Chinese delegate registration deadline: June 20, 2026

3. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All fees are exclusive of bank charges.

4. Prices do not include: Flights and accommodation.

5. Early bird discount: Applies to registrations booked and paid by 31 March 2026.

7. Payment may be made via electronic transfer upon receipt of invoice which will be emailed after registration.

8. All cancellations must be requested in writing by emailing guoji@cdmia.com.cn, and a cancellation reference obtained from CDMIA.

9. Cancellations will not be refunded if cancelled within 30 working days of the event.

10. Cancellations made more than 30 working days before the event will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee.

11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change the venue, dates and programme.

12. Privacy policy: The information collected during registration will be accessible by the organising committee CDMIA and any associated partners involved in coordinating your participation in this event. The information will be used to communicate with you regarding your participation and/or to share industry-related information, including work undertaken by ISTMA and CDMIA on behalf of the industries they represent. You may unsubscribe at any time.

13. Visa Invitation Letter

Should you require a letter of invitation in order to apply for visa, please ensure you have upload the passport copy and choose yes in registeration sheet, the invitation letter will send to your email address.

Notes:

1. For all payments, please ensure to include the attendee's full name, affiliated association/company, and the abbreviated package name (e.g., IDP-A) in the Remarks/Note section of the payment application.

2. Intermediary Bank information (Field 56) is only required if specifically instructed by your bank. In most cases, it is sufficient to complete the Beneficiary Banker's Name, SWIFT Code, and Beneficiary details (Fields 57 & 59).

3. Upon our receipt of your payment, we will cross-reference it with your registration details and send you a confirmation email.
